Effective October 2, 2026. This website is published by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty, 102-2901 32 Street, Vernon, BC V1T 5M2. It collects personal information only when you send it through the contact form, the chat, a call, a text or an email. The contact form is delivered to Sean by Formspree. Chats, calls and texts with Sarah, Sean's AI assistant, are handled by Ask Benny and recorded and shared with Sean so he can follow up. Your details are used to answer your request and to send real estate information you asked for. They are never sold. Personal information is handled under BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Cloudflare, the host, keeps standard server logs for security and counts visits without cookies. YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
Advertising and remarketing
This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), the Google Ads tag and the UET tag from Microsoft Advertising (Bing), so Sean Phillips can measure his ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited. They set cookies and send these companies basic information such as the pages you view, your browser and your IP address. They don't receive the contents of forms you fill in. The tags load only after you start interacting with the page, and not at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
You can opt out at any time: You can also manage ads in your Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center, or opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.
